Working in coordination with Oregon State University, we had a fun family science night last weekend. Students made paper rockets, tested the pH of different substances, rode a Segway, and played several science games. The engineering students from OSU were great to work with and students were able to see how learning math and science in elementary school can lead to a career in engineering.
